Join us this autumn for a nourishing morning of movement, ritual, sound and heartfelt connection within the beautiful surroundings of Ashton Court.
As the seasons begin to turn, Harvest invites us to pause and honour all that has grown, while gently releasing what no longer serves us.
Through the heart-opening medicines of Rose, Ceremonial Cacao and Blue Lotus, we create space to soften, reconnect and remember the wisdom held within.
Together we will gather in circle, move through a flow to restore yoga practice, share ceremonial cacao, rose and blue lotus, experience pranayama and meditation, receive an anointing with flower oils, immerse ourselves in sound, and take part in a closing ritual of flowers, food & water blessing.
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and the changing rhythms of nature, and leave feeling grounded, nourished and inspired.
